On the streets, around the temples, on the beaches, near the monument, on the roads, within the hotel area   – pretty much everywhere you go you’ll come across street dogs. If you are not a dog lover, it pretty much scary to be in an encounter with them. I kind-of-love dogs but they also scare me to death, so while I traveled all of Asia I made it a point to learn tricks to handle them politely. In this post, we’re going to share some tips for dealing with street dogs, so you’re prepared if such situation like this arise. 1.   Avoid Conflict Dogs are pack animals and as such their social behavior is mainly about  conflict prevention . A dog will not randomly threaten or attack you just out of unpredictable viciousness. There is most likely a reason why it’s upset with you. Don’t panic! It’s not a pleasant situation to be in, agreed, but the calmer and more confident you are, the better. 2.   Freeze - Do not run! You real...
