Passengers can get updates regarding train timings, booking status, cancellation, platform number on which the train will arrive, by sending a request through WhatsApp.
Now no more calling at number 139 and getting bugged up for no response. Just take out your phone and WhatsApp!

1.    Save the number 7349389104  on your mobile phones.
2.   Send your train Number through WhatsApp on the above number.
3.   Did you see the Blue tick, This shows the message is delivered. We all know this right?
4.   Wait for 10 Seconds
5.   Yehh! Here is the complete update of your train status.


This fantastic service has been started by Railways to enhance its service and for customer satisfaction. Indian Railways are on the fast track it seems. Do you feel the same?
