A huge fort sits atop a hill in the center of the city, overlooking

4. Shopping at Jaisalmer Bazaar: I love Shopping. Do you?
And shopping in the fort city is definitely among the best things to do
in Jaisalmer for the shopaholics. You get a whole lot of Puppets, Rajasthani
textile, jootis, decorative items, local handicrafts, camel leather items,
yellow sandstone showpieces, wooden items, and ornaments. Do not forget to buy

5. Quad Biking: Who said its there only in Dubai?
Quad Biking is among the most thrilling things to do in Jaisalmer. You
can bargain the ride to upto 1000 per person. Explore the dune topography or
ride in an enclosed circuit in a quad-bike. The dusty whirlpool created by the
ATV’s motion adds to the thrill factor.
This 2-hour fascinating tour will take you through the lanes, havelis,
temples, & forts and will make you view the dunes and sand from never seen
before perspective. Carry the best camera & wide angle lenses that you have

the clouds above Desert
Do you wish to make the Jaisalmer trip daring and adventurous? Then Paramotoring
is a must-try adventure activity in Jaisalmer. This motor-powered parasailing
makes you view the golden sand dunes from high above the sky. You can also

control the vehicle so that the adventure sport is extremely safe and secured.
8. Dune Bashing: Adventure has no limits

located, on the Indo-Pak border. Travelers can extend their desert safari and
visit the Indo-Pak border area only with prior permission and permit passes
from the Indian Military.
The magical golden sandstone city of
